You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open and use a vvp55 account. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and accounts found in violation will be permanently closed.
Each player may hold only one vvp55 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and all funds within them will be subject to forfeiture pending investigation.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp) via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and approved e-wallets. Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000. Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000.
Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as detailed per offer. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

All vvp55 Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals when using Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) or approved Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
vvp55 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of this commitment, all Players are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before their first withdrawal is processed.
vvp55 aims to complete KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. During peak periods, this may extend to 48 hours. Players will be notified by email of the outcome. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is successfully completed.
vvp55 reserves the right to request updated or additional documentation at any time, particularly where account activity suggests unusual patterns, large withdrawal volumes, or where regulatory obligations require enhanced due diligence. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

All draw results are final and binding. Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the relevant draw result being published.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vvp55 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the vvp55 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, user interface design, text, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of vvp55 or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of vvp55.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vvp55 excludes all liability for the following:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, vvp55's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.
Nothing in this Agreement limits vvp55's liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by vvp55's negligence, to the extent such limitations are prohibited by applicable law.

vvp55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for breach, vvp55 may withhold any Balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established within 90 days, remaining real-money funds will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus funds are forfeited upon termination for breach.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you should withdraw any remaining Balance, as vvp55 cannot guarantee processing of withdrawal requests after Account closure is initiated. Bonus funds and associated winnings subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vvp55 holds its international gaming license.
Both parties agree to make reasonable good-faith efforts to resolve any dispute informally before initiating formal proceedings. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notification, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in the licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of Indonesia that cannot be excluded or waived by contract.
vvp55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, vvp55 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date of the amendment.
The current version of these Terms & Conditions, together with the effective date displayed at the top of this page, shall always be the version binding on active users. Previous versions are archived and available upon request to customer support.
